Overview
Nestled on the highest peak of Manuel Antonio, villas at ALTAAR offer sweeping panoramic views, showcasing the rainforest, ocean, and mountains in a truly remarkable setting—from sunrise to sunset. To bring this vision to life, a cohesive brand and booking ecosystem was developed for the luxury villa collection, unifying identity, web, and guest communications into a seamless experience.
Challenge
The founder of ALTAAR envisioned more than a collection of impressive villas—the goal was to create an experience that reflected the soul of Manuel Antonio itself. Starting from the ground up meant there was no existing brand identity, digital presence, or infrastructure for bookings and guest communication.
The brand needed to capture the serenity and wonder of the setting while appealing to discerning travelers seeking authenticity and design. Beyond visual storytelling, ALTAAR also required an advanced platform that could manage bookings across multiple channels—Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct reservations—without overlap or manual oversight. The challenge was to create something both beautiful and functional: a seamless bridge between brand experience and operational efficiency.
Approach
Working closely with the client and a fellow creative partner, we developed the ALTAAR brand from the ground up. Together, we shaped every visual and experiential touchpoint—establishing the name, brand story, color palette, typography, textures, and photography direction to evoke the villa’s natural harmony between rainforest, ocean, and sky.
From there, we designed and developed a custom website that balanced immersive imagery with effortless usability. The site integrated with a robust booking system that synced with Airbnb and Booking.com, ensuring real-time calendar updates and eliminating double bookings. Automated email flows were created to handle confirmations, pre-arrival information, and post-stay follow-ups—reducing administrative work and enhancing guest communication.
Results
The launch established a unified brand and digital presence that streamlines operations and strengthens guest confidence. Booking, payments, and communications are configured to run automatically across channels, reducing manual coordination and minimizing errors. With the core brand and platform established, ALTAAR is now positioned for expanded launch plans, digital marketing, and ongoing evaluation of its operations to measure performance and guide upcoming growth.
